In order to be successful in training, it’s important you’re prepared with all the necessary supplies. For the best results in this course, you’ll need:

  • A clicker if that is what you choose to use as your marker. We will talk about how to use a verbal marker in the course, but if you want to use a clicker, that is great too. Here’s a reasonable clicker

  • A treat pouch is so important! Training results are rooted in your good timing and mechanics, so having quick access to a variety of treats when you are out and about increases the chances you and your dog will be successful. Here’s one we like

  • 5-6 different kinds of treats. We recommend soft, stinky, and squishy treats.  If your dog will work for their kibble or something else crunchy, you can plan to use that in the first few exercises.
