In addition to the Tails of Connection, LLC (“TOC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) FAQs and the terms of service and privacy policy provided by Podia, which is our host for the challenge e-course, we also use Squarespace, Google Analytics, Bitly, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Stripe, Epidemic Sound, and PayPal and want to make sure that you are aware of their respective privacy policies.
You should consult your physician or other health care practitioner before starting this or any other training program with and without your dog. This is particularly true if you or your family have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced discomfort while exercising. Please additionally consult with your veterinarian before your dog begins the training program. This is especially true if your dog has a history of health issues. Nothing stated or posted on the service is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medical or professional advice or care. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
The contents of the Tails of Connection (TOC) website and social media handles, such as text, graphics, videos, images, and other material contained on the TOC website and handles ("content") are for informational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any information provided by TOC, TOC employees, others appearing on the website at the invitation of TOC, or other visitors to the website is solely at your own risk.
The website and the content are provided on an "as is" basis.
As stated in our FAQs, we offer full refunds of the price of the challenge, Camp TOC or Attention Unlocked with no questions asked up to 14 days after your purchase of the Challenge, Challenge 2.0, Camp TOC or Attention Unlocked. If you need a refund, please email hello@tailsofconnection.com with the subject line CHALLENGE REFUND, CHALLENGE 2.0 REFUND, CAMP REFUND, or ATTENTION UNLOCKED REFUND respectively. Please note that some refunds will take up to 30 days to process depending on your payment method.
